Howard County Clerk Debbie Stewart has formally notified Party Chairman Jordan Buckley of a vacancy in the Taylor Township Trustee’s Office following the resignation of David Ancil. In accordance with Indiana Code 3-13-11, the Howard County Republican Party will convene a caucus to select his replacement.
The caucus of eligible Howard County Republican Committee Members, as defined under I.C. 3-13-11-5, will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 4:30 PM. This closed caucus will take place at the Howard County Republican Party Headquarters, located at 1500 N. Reed Road, Kokomo.
Interested persons shall file their Declaration of Candidacy (CEB-5 & CAN-12) with party Chairman, Jordan Buckley, no later than 72 hours prior to the caucus.
