Coffee and breakfast begin at 7:15 AM, with the program running until approximately 8:45 AM. This quarter’s theme is “Local Candidates Stand Up for Good Government,” and we are honored to welcome Indiana State Comptroller Elise Nieshalla as our guest speaker.
